Daybreak were at the Gadget Show Live to see the latest phones, games consoles, or in fact anything electronic, the NEC in Birmingham was the venue.
They also had a play with the NEW sWaP NOVA which broke the Guinness World Record for the lightest Touchscreen Mobile Phone in the World.

They asked to review and feature the sWaP ACTIVE and they really couldn’t believe it when they saw it in the flesh.

On Monday 17th August 2009 at 08:00pm, sWaP was featured on Channel 5 programme, ‘The Gadget Show’ and was involved in a East Vs. West gadget show-down.
Suzi Perry was scouring London in the UK for exciting new gadgets and state of the art technology, competing against Jon Bentley who was over in Soul, South Korea, the centre of gadget innovations.
The sWaP Watch gained an excellent review and helped to fly the flag of Great Britain as ‘The Ultimate Gadget’ contender.
Presenter Suzi Perry was at one of our London Stores on Oxford Street for the filming and got her hands on the sWaP Classic, as well as the two new models, ‘Aqua H20’ and ‘Signature’.
Suzi and crew were amazed by the sWaP Watch and how many fantastic features it has packed into such a small product, and were sure it would win ‘The Ultimate Gadget’ between East Vs. West and sure enough they were not wrong.
Presenters Tim Lovejoy and Amanda Hamilton hang out with celebrity guests, dig out classic TV archives, check out the must-see television programmes and tuck into a delicious Sunday lunch, courtesy of chef Simon Rimmer. With the help of the lovely Gadget Guru Ella Williamson, they also have a great gadget round-up called ‘Somethings for the Weekend’.
